Payments will be made the night we have confirmation that the SIM is active and has been loaded with a commissionable bundle. This typically takes 72 hours but may take longer.

What is the “Status” on the ECN report?

Accepted Answer

a.     “PAID ECN” means the payment has been made into your wallet.
b.     “PAID month-end” means the payment has been made with your monthly payment, as we did not receive the correct information on time from the network operators.
c.      “PENDING” is when the SIM has been connected to the network and is waiting for a qualifying bundle load.

Question 3

Must I use the Earn Commission Now RICA process?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the new SIM must be RICA’d using the “Earn Commission Now” button on the App so that you are opting into the program, accepting the terms and conditions, and acknowledging the rules.

Which bundles must I load to qualify?

Accepted Answer

The SIM must be loaded with one of the “Earn Now Packages” as displayed in the Earn Commission Now flow.

Can I load qualifying bundles on SIMs with any tariff plan?

Accepted Answer

No, you need to make sure that the sim you want to load with a bundle is on the correct tariff plan to accommodate that bundles
For example, the default tariff plan on all Telkom sims is “Telkom More” – you cannot load a LTE bundle to this tariff plan. You must change to “my broadband wireless” tariff plan and then load the SIM.
